The Matrix Title Sequence Concept
For this student motion design project, the assignment was to create a title sequence for a movie using Adobe After Effects.
I chose the Matrix because it gave me an opportunity to practice After Effects more by creating multiple layers in Adobe Illustrator and moving them around accordingly. I wanted to give a sense of anticipation and slow moving motion in conjunction with the music's build up, while also contrasting with the music's fast paced beat. This project was a great chance to test out the tweening and transition possibilities in After Effects.
